Current room rates are applicable from January 1, 2024 (except holidays and Tet).

In case of exceeding the prescribed number of people:
- Hotel surcharge: 300,000 VND/guest aged 12 and over.
- From 6-11 years old, surcharge 150,000 VND/person.
- Children under 5 years old are free of charge.
Check-in time: 12:00 - Check-out time: before 12:00 the next day.
- Late check-out from 01:00 - 03:00: 35% of room rate
- Late check-out from 03:00 - 05:00: 50% of room rate
- Late check-out from 05 hours or more: 100% of room rate will be charged
